I have a radiator where the inner holes along its edge for fan mounting are 16mm apart.  I cannot for the life of me find a gasket with that spacing, the closest I can find is a rubber gasket with holes 15mm apart.  Could someone with experience setting up gaskets on radiators tell me if the difference is negligible here?

AIO radiator: (Asetek, 360mm, in the Fractal Design Celsius S36)

Was looking at the following: http://www.xs-pc.com/radiator-accessories/360mm-radiator-gasket

They make little difference really, but for the spacing your is probably 15mm as that is the common standard nowadays.

The 16mm is on the packing of the AIO, and the 15mm on the gasket was confirmed through the gasket-maker's product support.  It's a rubber gasket though, so I figured it would probably stretch a bit without tearing or bunching up, especially with that little of a difference.

Honestly though, I'm not trying to get the gaskets for better airflow, etc. but more for vibration damping between the fans and the AIO and the case.

That is odd ball I must say since 15mm is now the standard for cases, but as for the gasket itself it doesn't hurt to have it in place and as said being rubber it can stretch or flex a little. Just remember to check the length of the screws since the gasket adds a fair bit of thickness to everything.

I figured I would need to buy longer UNC 6-32 screws, but thanks for the heads up.  The gaskets are $10, so I'll give them a try.
