Help with PC building

I'm building a PC with 16 of DDR4 ram clocked at 2400Mz, Z170A M3 by MSI a 650 PSU 2TB hardrive and a 240 SSD.

BUT it have to choose either a gtx 1060 and a intel i5 6600 or gtx 1070 and a intel 7400

please help by voting and commenting

How much can you spend? Those options that you put up are not the best at all. In fact I wouldn't go with either of those?

Also where do you live would be useful too to have a better part list

7400 + 1070 = BOTTLENECK 

 

Also what resolution and what games do you play

Neither of the options above.

I would get Ryzen 1400/1600 and GTX 1060 6GB or RX 480/580 8GB or higher

1500 cad only for the pc i live in Alberta, Calgary
