usb ports randomly stop workins

I cant seem to eliminate the problem, 3-4 of my USB ports stop working sometimes. 
until now, it happens when
1. I plug a USB to the front ports, (back ports will go on and off like crazy immidietly)
2. I use OBS (ports will just go off after 15mins until I reset my PC) 
3. just randomly

I upgraded from 1150 to 2011-3 recently and fresh installed Windows 10, I tried installing all the drivers from the Asus Strix X99 disc and idk what else could be the problem.
