storage Switching storage drives need help

Hello! I have just bought a FireCuda Hybrid Drive from Newegg to replace my hard drive, the thing is i don't know how to switch all the information from the hard drive to the Hybrid drive. I couldn't find out how to do this by searching Google or Youtube. If someone could tell me how to do this or at least link me to an article or video on how to it would be a great help.

PS This is my first time using this forum so I don't know if this is the right place to ask questions like this.

there both 1 Terabyte. Thanks for the link I didn't know about that.

since there the same size you can also just dd it over in a linux live usb
