I had an unused Kingston 120 GB SSD lying around, and decided to add it to my PC as a storage drive, which already contains a 128 GB boot SSD and a 1 TB

However, I'm not sure how to make Windows see it as a normal storage drive, that can be seen by Windows Explorer to add files to like a hard drive. I had previously used it as an attempted boot drive for a Hackintosh build, and it now says it has 3 partitions: an 200 MB EFI partition, a 110 GB primary partition, and a 620 MB primary partition. This setup is almost identical to that of my boot SSD drive.

My Disk Management screen is attached

Is there any way to change it into a normal storage drive that I can access via Windows Explorer?

The reason you can't see it in Windows is because it doesn't have a drive letter. If you're wanting to wipe it all and start fresh, just delete all the partitions and then create a new one. If you want to just use the 110GB partition, assign it a drive letter.
