Phenom 1055t OC help

Hey I am looking to OC my phenom x2 1055t and would like to know if anyone can give me some values to play around with since I don't wanna start from scratch. Anyone experienced with 1055t OC or maybe even has one running?

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).

Thanks a bunch! yea I confused that x denotation :P My mobo is listed in my profile, its an Asus M4N68T-M LE V6 and my PSU is a 700W Be quiet model

hm it says v6 on the box though...?
