fastest way to get xp in overwatch

ik this is a douchy way of getting crates for the new event... I'm at the point where its like 30 games till I rank up plus I finished my 9 matches today... so I'm stuck till I can buy cases or play all nighters to get cases any tips?

I'm pretty sure quick play with group bonus is the fastest way to get xp. Make sure you get at least 1 gold metal per game and play matches consecutively.

Besides what @SCGazelle said there isn't really a way, they made it that way to promote you buying boxes.
