Same price.
I need it for office, mail, presentations, internet, maybe movie/tvseries,...Nothing too demanding.

Is first one better if I add 4Gb of RAM?

Anyone has any experience with them? Battery life?

How efficient is passive cooling?

I would go for option 2. More ram at the same price. the CPU isnt that much worse.
