Nvidia share button greyed out

Hello, I want to use shadowplay on my 1050 Ti, but the share button in GeForce Experience is greyed out.

 

If I click on it, it says "Unable to open share"...

 

I am running a Core i5 4570 with 12 GB of RAM and Windows 10 so everything should be working normally...

 

I have not been able to find a solution to the issue, so maybe someone here could help me out!
