It's budget alright.

The PSU might become under-powered later on when you get a better CPU and/or GPU.

So perhaps go with a 550W?

 

And one last note, have you considered perhaps getting a used CPU for that socket - that would have 4 Cores? You'll really feel the lack of power in more demanding tasks, even a 4k youtube video or somesuch :( Just hoping you could avoid this pitfall.

For the PSU get the season M12IIEvo 620 watt. Get a cheaper motherboard and a better processor with what you saved. My recommendation is to get ryzen 1400.

Alternatively, you can drop down the GPU to RX 470/570 and get 8GB more RAM or add a SSD

Don't get a H110 motherboard for a G4560, it will not work out of the box and maybe there isn't even a bios update for it so it cna support this CPU. Just stick with the B250 board. :)
