Extreme budget PC build

I have $115 in Amazon gift cards, and was planning on building a mini pc capable of basic tasks like 1080p video playback. I already have some DDR3 ram, a power supply, and a hard drive. Any build ideas?

I'd just take a piece of wood and tape/screw everything on that. And even if this isn't an option: go to a local scrapyard and get a PC case for it's value in steel
