Computer wont start up! HELP!!!

I had some issues with my psu (fans went on for 1 second and then shut off) but now they are all fixed. Now for some reason when i turn on my pc everything does what it normally does but it doesnt pick up my pc on my monitor and does not start up! PLEASE HELP!

try reseating the gpu or cpu and then if that doesn't work then unplug all power connectors 24-pin, cpu power, gpu power etc.

Clear CMOS if that doesnt work then it is PSU issue

PSU works fine as all the parts are getting power, its just that the output is f'd.
Do you have any USB devices with lights in it? Do they still turn on/get a signal from the motherboard?
My mobo died a two months ago and didnt give any output to any of the devices, GPU wouldnt give a signal either.

I will try that now
