If the MOBO mounts are the same, can i reuse the Heatsink and Fan?

Ok so, in a previous topic when talking about whether I should buy the AMD FX-8320. Someone mentioned I should get a HeatSink and Fan. Now my question is. Can I reuse the one from my AMD FX-4300 if the MOBO mounts are the same.

they are both on the same socket so yes heatsink will work on the 8320

Yeah, you can re-use the old one, though I don't know if the coolers differ in any way between the 4300 and 8320.
