Ethash folder.. help

So i my disk was filling up for no reason and i try to randomly look for files, and i find this ethash folder in appdata/local, i instantly remove it, but after a few weeks... it comes back! with a smaller file now, so i searched and it seems its a bitcoin etherium mine? i cant find the program that is causing it and anti virus does not seem to find it either. help x.x
