Has anyone successfully made a DIY acrylic plate for this case?

 

I just want to add some custom plate on upper area but not sure the exact measurement for it.  I'm not very good at measuring this of stuff.

That is an INWin 909, it comes with a tempered glass side panel what are you trying to create exactly?

So like a cover plate for the HDD area, that is doable with acrylic, you will need to physically take some measurements or use something to template it like card stock to get the exact shape and dimension needed for that opening. Just be sure to account for a method of mounting or holding it in place.
