Error After Computer Fell

I need help with my computer. My computer has this error message https://gyazo.com/5c5e1e679c364069b1886c02865bbfe3 . Its literally screwed up now and I get jittery frames and my computer is not the same. It tipped over due to a someone moving my chair and the headset cable pulled it over and my PC fell over onto the opposite side of the motherboard.

@Azriel memory management is Windows way of telling you something is wrong with your RAM, they do come loose fairly easily, try reseating them, and they should work, its also possible that you broke something on the mainboard, but RAM is more likely
