Color Settings Changing?

So I have the colors set the way I like the way they look in Nvidia's control panel and all is well and good. However sometimes when I open full screen applications (such as overwatch) the color settings change and all the colors look wrong. when I close overwatch the colors remain wrong but when I open Nvidia's control panel again slightly adjust anything, the colors snap back the way they were, but if I open overwatch again, they go back to the (i believe) stock settings. I'm not sure what I should do to fix the situation but any help would be appreciated.

Yes they do change. When you use a panel through HDMI Nvidia uses a limited range of RGB.

Go into panel and be sure to click "Use Nvidia Settings" under color tab. Then go to Advanced inside this tab, and select "Dynamic range" to "Full 0-255". 

 

And you are done.

Same problem and I've tried the given solution but It didn't work for me, the color settings switch back again.
