So I've just replaced my CPU and when I turned it on it said enter bios to change settings because it detected I changed my CPU or RAM. So I didn't know what to change in the BIOS so I exited it. So far everything works fine... is there anything I need to change software-wise to accommodate a new CPU?

Also, should I buy used RAM for 45 dollars or new RAM for 65 dollars?

nothing you are fine software wise as windows take care of it

as for buying ram it depends on which ram and the condition of it too

I want to get 16GB of RAM and I want to put another 2 sticks in and run it in quad channel. It's the same kit on eBay for $45 and $65 for the new kit off of Amazon
