Wireless charging with case

I bought a wireless charging pad for my Galaxy S6, but it doesn't seem capable of charging it with its case on. The case is only 4mm thick... does anyone have idea of how to get around this? The case is a pain to get on and off the phone as it is extremely tight fitting, it's virtually a skin.
