Tablet PC Speakers Drivers?

I have a Jumper EZPad 6. It uses Intel SST Audio Drivers. By default, the loudness equalizer makes the sound more quiet than if it were off and makes it more tinny.

Now that the equalizer is off (problem was still there beforehand), I have noticed that the speakers are still somewhat quiet. As you can see from the attachment (I don't know whether this is the issue), when observing volume mixer the 'green bars' on Spotify and my speakers never go above 50%. (Windows is on 100% volume)

Anyone have any ideas?

 

P.S Yes, I've tried seeing if Spotify is on highest volume lmao, it's all programs that have this issue.

I think that might be just a windows problem.  I have never had green bars go to the blue line.  If you have, im just stupid

I'm sure you ain't stupid, but they certainly can go higher than 50% that's for sure.
