If my memory serves me correctly in this video:

You have to set a fake microphone as your soundboard mic, and your actual mic as your actual mic.

Hi, I've been trying to get this virtual soundboard to work for a while and i'm having a bit of difficulties getting it to actually function properly.

I've been using a program called [EXP Soundboard] and [Virtual Audio Cable] to accomplish this task, and yes I can output music into my mic but am unable to talk afterwards.

(I've tried using the PPT feature but for some reason have not been able to speak through it)

Is there any way to talk while streaming out music without changing the input device in a program such as discord?

Thanks!

@fpo I have a problem, every time i add a hardware output to it (my headphones) audio cuts from every other application and am unable to hear any other sounds that aren't coming from my mic which i've added in the voice meter

are your headphones the default output audio device?

Are you using onboard sound? (plugging your headphones into your motherboard/front/side of your computer/laptop)

Check for updates, and try restarting your computer too
