The cheapest gpu for video rendering

I just read somewhere that in other to render good image quality  you need a graphics card to render videos in  adobe premiere. And my CPU is the intel core i7 7700k. Which is good and I intend to buy a 1070 graphics card in the future but for now is there any cheap graphics can you guys can recommend or will the CPU graphics be enough? thanks

You do not need a graphics card to render in Premier. Depending on what you do, it can speed up the rendering time, but it will not make the image look better.

I've rendered a lot in premiere and as far as I can tell it only uses my CPU.  Maybe there's settings or plugins or something I could use but you definitely don't need to.

tbh it'll benefit from just having any gpu in the system,maybe get a 1050/1050ti

it runs on the cpu but can benefit from gpu acceleration

As people are suggesting, it's more of a CPU thing. It's not like you're rendering models and stuff. A decent card like a 1050 as @McHox suggested should be fine.
