So I have an i5-6400 on an AsRock H170 mobo. My heatsink is good enough so that it always stays at the 3.2Ghz boost clock, and I know that it's speeds are going to bottleneck any high end GPU so what GPU should I get to upgrade to (currently on a GT 730). I'm thinking of either a 6 gig 1060 or an RX 570 or maybe up to a 1070 if my budget permits.

RX 580 is the sweet spot now for 1080p gaming. Performs on par with a GTX 1060 (losing in very few games) while performs better in DX12 titles and Vulkan (which is the future).

1080p but will move up to 1440p in the future (if I have the graphical power to)

A GTX 1070 would do fine for 1440p, some games might bottleneck but not severe as most people like to exaggerate about.
