TF2 lag issues

So, i play alot of tf2, but now it lags ALOT

i get no more than 20FPS at best

i tuened all the video settings down to the lowest and i still get shit framerate

 

my specs:

core 2 duo e4400 2.66Ghz

4GB DRR2

Gt 730 2GB GDDR3

 

 

anyone have any tricks to help me?

 

and if you say "upgrade your pc lol" your not helping

wait i realized the problem

 

 

i turned of my GPU fan in MSI afterburner

lol
