Optimizing GTA V for Low End Cpu

Ok I have an A10 7700k at 4.0ghz paired with a rx 480.  I bought gta v and new my fps would be 30-60frames with an average of 45.  So putting that aside I'm going to put my CPU up to 4.3 ghz.  What could I turn down in gta software wise.  That's would keep the game looking buetiful but reduce CPU overhead until I get a new CPU this summer.

Turning up settings

They are off.  But I have a CPU bottleneck.

Not too sure about render distance but changing settings to, say, Ultra, would definitely move the bottleneck more to the GPU.

Legitimately disabling advanced graphics and turning up normal graphics will help. Other than that, just setting a half-vsync cap and cranking everything right up is what I'd do because IMO steady 30FPS is better than 30-60 swings.

I like what I'm hearing thanks for help I'm going to activate my over clock preset  and optimizing my game settings.  Particals and post fx will be turned down as explosions and sparks are dumb as I played this game on 360 at 20fps. 

Amd cpus have so much potential.  My safe maximum is 4.3 ghz at 1.56 volts which puts me at performance of the fx 6300 when running geekbench 4.
