I was testing my stability of Ryzen build today, and I got temps like that after running AIDA64 for 30min.

CPU temp didn't go above 72°C so that should be fine. But I'm more worried about those temps that are 85°C ... during gaming those don't get any higher than 70°C even after hours of playing, so I guess it's not a big deal while gaming. But when rendering, those temps could very well get to those 85 or 90°C. Does anyone know if those temps are safe and till what temperature those temps are safe?

Running R7 1700 at 3,825GHz 1,35V on B350M moratr motherboard.

They seem safe... AFAIK, Ryzen will automatically shutdown when temps exceed 85C

For CPU temps probably yeah. But I'm still 15°C away from it, and while gaming it doesn't even get to 60°C so I should be more than fine about that.

Still those motherboard temps are bothering me a bit since they would reach 90°C or higher if I was pushing my CPU further. Are those VRM temps on motherboard near CPU maybe?

The VRM heatsink isn't too big, so this is probably the reason why the VRMs got quite hot under load...

Any idea what's the max safe temp for those VRMs?
