1800x cpu temperatures

i get 37 to 40 when it not on load or only watching videos some other things on computer and when i game it goes to 60 and 70 i dont do overlcoking and i got d15 with 2 140 fans on silent and 5 fans on silent too 600q case with good airflow and be quiet

600 pure power 600 is this safe

70 degree max is safe, but your idle temps aren't ideal. What did you use to measure the temps?
