nit help wit mi first built

1: Budget 

1200$ US, not including peripherals.

I can go a little over if really needed.

2: Aim

to get a gaming PC not too flashy mostly as a reference last console games. the newest game I want to play is near automata,

and I want to start learning to draw on a computer and web browsing.

3: Monitors 

I only want 1 bot ill like to get a 2nd on the future.

4: peripherals 

I need dem bot don't want to spent too much, bot if dear are some recommendations with reasons to spend more I can squish more. and I net windows, illustrator, and photoshop.

5: why am I upgrading:

I want to start playing more games that are not able on consoles and do more stuff.
