Which one will be better?

 

I have Ethernet cable. But some weeks ago, I accidentally touched the Ethernet port on my modem, and it gave me a good shock. So if I plug the Ethernet cable to my new computer, it can do serious damage. However the problem has been fixed now, but now I am sceptical about using the cable.

PCI-e or normal PCI slot the best
