Installing a GPU

Ok, so at school i have a project and it's about  a custom built pc, I have a 750 ti in my system and i'm going to use that for the custom build but im going to take it out everyday and take it back home after school ends, does this affect my computer in anyway where i keep taking the gpu out and putting it back in? (noob question)

Nope, but it might be a pain to screw and unscrew it twice a day.

No it should be perfectly fine. Just make sure not to be rough with it when putting it in and taking out.

Should be fine the PCIE slot(s) and connectors might be taking a hit.

how much of a hit? like how quickly would the slot wear down and how much would the contacts wear
