PC first boot fan spins no display

I built my first pc. It turns on and fan keep on spinning. Nothing shows on my monitor. What should I do.

Kingston SSD 120gb

EVGA bq 600 watt

Did you plug everything properly like no gold contacts showing at all

My Laptop #1: i3-5020U, 8gb of DDR3, Intel HD 5500

Postcode? There you might need to take off the side panel for this but there should be a small screen like on this one there is one on the top right

Did you line up the golden triangle on the MOBO with the one on the CPU?

Did you try reseating your cpu? Check if you have bent your mb pins. Yesterday i had same problems. Sometimes nothing comes on, sometimes just mb splash screen. Even though pc worked for a while before, it turned out to be mouse causing conflicts. So try it out with keyboard that you know it works only.
