RX 570 fluctuation at GPU usage

I got RX 570 gigabyte aorus, and when i play some games, in afterburner GPU usage is 100% then goes to 0% then 8% then 60%, 100% then 0% and thats not once or twice, thats constant. But i have no problems with FPS, it's very good and no deeps, and im not using Radeon chill. Is that normal ?

yeah. I guess it's something with the sensors on amd card's in regard to usage, as my fury does the SAME thing. Nothing to be afraid of.

Well yeah, core clock doesnt drop, fps is constant no frame drops, its fluid gameplay, gpu temps are 57 always (from 56 to 58), memory clock is same only gpu usage is going up and down

It even might have to do with Windows OS actualy, because before i bought rx 570, i replaced like 4-5 cards (nvidia and amd, because i am reselling used parts mostly) and i had few problems even before, some programs suddenly crash or stop working, and that's thing with Aorus program, not working right now because OS (i havent reinstalled it maybe for 2 years  )
