Cpu/gpu/fps tracker recommendations

So i have ryzen master and the com softwear for nzxt system fans and both monitor my gpu temps but they are showing completly diffrent numbers. One will show 20°C while the other shows 50°C. Does anyone know of a vetter program to track my cpu and gpu temps and one to track my fps in games. I have an asus motherboard with a nividia graphics card

Ryzen temp monitoring is REALLY bad right now, just hold on a couple weeks for NZXT to sort out their shit

I have that currently.  Im still not sure if the cam or ryzen softwear is showing the right temps though
