The pump would probably be able to push the water around. The main problem with cheap pumps is relaiability. That pump may fail within a year. If you go with a Laing pump that will probably fail after 5 years.

 

A pump failing means your system will be out of action until a new one arrives, unless you decide to completely drain your loop in the meantime.

I might get this then with the intent to upgrade the pump ASAP then, thanks for the info!
