Forza Horizon avoiding cpu bottleneck

How can i avoid cpu bottleneck (i mean which settings i can go up to ultra & which setting should set normal) with below configuration:

Cpu-core i3 540
Gpu-Rx 470 4gb
Ram-8gb

either way, you will bottleneck your CPU, try higher resolution with more gpu based effect.

I can't higher the resolution above 1080p, though VSR was on.

I don't know which specific graphics settings you are talking about,This is the reason why I post here.

you have to go through the setting and mess with it yourself, there is no one answer. this video will give you bit more info.
