Would this case fan be too close to the motherboard?

In my last topic i was having problems with my computer crashing, due to high temperatures. Turns out my case only had 1 fan and the fan curve on the gpu was very bad. So i bought more fans, i put one in the back of the case and i will put one on the top of the case. Is this too close to the motherboard?

Oh and the front fan i have is connected to cpufan instead of system fan. Should i connect it to systemfan instead since i have enough 4pins?

I can also mount it above that but i can only reach 3 screws.. the cpu cooler is on the way of the last screw
