bottleneck Gtx 1050 ti/ RX 570 on i3 3220 (bottleneck)

Hello,
I am planning on buying a rx 570 4GB card or an Gtx 1050 ti.
I would like to know if there will be any bottlenecking issues with my computer.
I am aware of the variation of price points.

My computer:

Intel i3 3220- 2 cores with 4 logical cores (4 threads).

GTA V is CPU hungry so that will most definitely bottleneck, recommended CPU for that game is an i5 680

Far Cry 4 most definitely also

 

Not sure about CS:GO as I have no experience with it.

upgrade when you can to a ryzen 5 or 3 cause they are cheap
