Ryzen Upgrade

I want to upgrade to Ryzen R5 1600, but I have a few questions. 1. Is this good? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wdPgm8

2. I can't upgrade for my bday without contributing some money to it. Probably around 150 dollars. Do you think I would be able to sell my current Mobo and CPU to get that? (in sig)

3. Is it worth the trouble? How much better is it in gaming? Will I see improvements with Elgato streaming and such?
