What is the program that I see so many YouTubers using to monitor FPS, GPU Temps, CPU Temps, etc in their game reviews? And does it cost anything? And if not, where can I find it?

FRAPS? The yellow FPS counter is FRAPS, the green temp monitoring software is usually MSI Afterbuner

Ya; MSI Afterburner is probably what you're thinking of, it does everything you described. It's free and a simple Google search should provide a download. Even though it's MSI made, I believe it works across all GFX cards & systems.

Install it and make sure to install Riva tuner also when prompted.

 

After, you go in afterburner options, monitoring, enable stuff you want to monitor,

 

You can go in riva Tuner to tune up the visual like the colors and stuff

 

Youtube have many tutorials on afterburner

Yes thats MSI Afterburner but they guy tuned riva tuner to make it purple color and bigger
