Thats quite a cap. But your temps re normal, and glass gets warm pretty quickly. Its not issue for the glass as you need much higher temps to even warp it.

Not that I know of no. How close is the panel to the gpu?

Should be fine as long as it's only warmish, and not scalding hot.

 

hot air from the GPU hits the case, so it makes sense that the glass gets warm

That seems normal. Your temps are fine and there's no need to worry.
