PC will NOT display signal, and I cannot go into Bios. So basically stuck, so I bought a brand new motherboard, and I used my new power supply then everything works fine... (I only had RAM, and graphics card, cpu plugged in)... So I was like okay everything works fine let me put everything inside my PC (Except the new PSU)... Well it showed the same problems. No display, and No read.

What the hell can the issue be? I am thinking the old PSU that was in the PC for like 8 years shorted the new MB, and I basically have another dead MB

Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 -- AMD 970

Check all the cables and also check the VGA cable, it should be plugged into GPU. Basic one but try changing the output source in monitor.

The output doesn't matter if the keyboard / mouse wont boot up. Basically impossible to get into BIOS.
