So basically I've got my 2600K clocked at 4.4 GHz, and my voltage holding steady at around 1.3-ish volts (readout from HWMonitor).

I ran a Prime95 Small FFT torture test on Priority 10, and it blue-screened at about 49 hours into the test with a 0x101 error (which to my knowledge means NEEDZ MOAR VCORE).

Now I'm wondering, is it worth it to continue to bump up the Vcore until Prime runs for like a week straight? Or am I just running into the diminishing returns problem where more Vcore does nothing but consume extra power? I don't Fold right now, but if I eventually do, would it place anywhere near as much stress on my system as Prime95 on Priority 10?

I know that any blue-screen after any amount of time means not stable, as Linus has said in the past. But I'm just not sure I should bother putting more effort into testing.

I would increase the Vcore by 1 step up like Maverik5124 said and run P95 on blend for at least 12 hours to ensure that your system is stable.
