Replacing h100i fan

So im on the look for some replacement fans for my h100i as they are terribly loud at high RPM. I'm looking for pretty much the same fans but quieter but still achieve the same static pressure (if that's possible as i've hard the standard one's that come with the h100i are really good)

 

I was looking at the Noctua NF-F12 fan's as most people seem to turn towards these it's just the color that put's me off would prefer them to be black to match my color scheme.  

 

Should i just get the Noctua's? are they basically the same as the one's that come with the h100i but a lot quieter as people say?
