Trouble uploading images sometime "Uploading error -200"

Problems sometimes when trying to upload image to LTT,   Any idea whats this error is ? plus sometime -100 error , Happens at random when trying to upload images to post on the forum

open cmd run this 

netstat -n -b -t 3

then do your upload and watch the netstat screen to see if theres connection issues

no problems there, seems its certain images , i thought it was just LTT  but other image hosting sites have the same trouble with the same image file, for jpegs reducing size works ,  but terrible for gifs , not sure why .

try this 

open image in paint

click save as

change file type to all files

now "name".jpg

then send file

or do size reduce
