Ryzen 7 1700 Overclocking

Hi! I am planning on overclocking my ryzen 7 1700 with a asrock killer x370 motherboard and 8GB of ram but I need help with the voltage. Do I just keep carefully playing and stress testing with it until it gets to its optimal performance (of course I will not go above 1.35 as it is the highest that amd recommends not going past if i am correct)? What would it look like if I had to increase or decrease the voltage?
