I want to limit my own usage of my PC or atleast have it tell me when i have used my computer a certain amount of time. The only software i can find has to be on a standard account without admin rights. Anyone know any good programs for that? Sorry if my english is bad im swedish

I would give RescueTime a shot: https://www.rescuetime.com/

 

A lot of college students I know use it. It keeps them on track, and to realize when they are spending to much time on Netflix haha.

Don't know what mobo you have but GIGABYTE have an app called Smart Timelock, sounds like what you described above, it is part of their APP center
