Random slowdowns / Crashes

tldr; for the past 2 weeks, there has been a lot of random slowdowns and crashes with my system (BSOD codes are usually KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED)

slowdowns feels like the computer is swapping over to a hard drive, the audio glitches (it starts repeatedly playing the last sound that anything has made for a few seconds, while the screen goes black or freezes)

i don't have a hard drive in my system.. ssd only 

the cursor lags here and there, and jiggles around

games keep crashing (csgo,  night in the woods)

 

 

 

troubleshooting steps i've done:
reinstalled window (using 850 evo)

reinstalled windows (using another ssd)

ran memtest (20 passes, no errors)

checked cpu temps (good)

checked gpu temps (good)
tried different gpu (1070 -> HD 3000 iGPU)

i don't really know what to write, so ask me if you need more information.

haven't done that, will do that now

(hasn't occurred to me that it's cpu related at all, has been running 4.4ghz 1.27v stable for a few months, only now has it started fucking up and my workload has been the same, if not it's less intensive)

cpus deteriorate over time, requiring more voltage. 

ive seen 2500ks, one hitting 3.9 at 1.3v, other one hit 4.2 at same voltage. 

 

first ran 5Ghz all its life, second was never oc'd

naw, i put that in.

 

i disabled overclock (settings were basically stock, only thing changed was that)

i know that, yes  

it was running at stock speeds until early 2016, where it was bumped to 4.4ghz

verified game cache, reinstalled game, yes.

in ~30m, playing cs comp with crashes (deathmatch doesn't have this issue)

 getting 170fps, cpu bottleneck (multicore rendering is on..)

Do you have another CPU to test with?

I ask because the APIC is part of the CPU that is responsible for interrupts.

What's the status of your PSU? Is it a stock one, or is it old? Failing that, it's possible that your CPU or one of it's components is going out.
