How to reboot the taskbar

Open task manager and restart explorer.exe

So my taskbar won't work all of a sudden. I don't want to restart, but i will worse case scenario. Any ideas how to ?

 

Also, i cant open Run, it is screwing me over.

i like trains 🙂

CTRL+SHIFT+esc  -> end task -> close explorer.exe

 

file -> new task -> explorer
