Used PC build

Hello, I am trying to get a new system primarily for overwatch. I am looking at this workstation on eBay that has an i7-3770 for $260. I have some left over parts (a GTX 560, 12gb of ddr3 ram, some antec psu and a case) that I will be putting into this build. My main goal is to be able to play GTA v at medium/low settings and achieve 60fps. Could this PC do that? If it can, could I get something a little cheaper like an older i5? Thanks.

260$ is a steep budget, try to find deals on 3770 OEM builds, you can find one for 150$ look around, for a gpu look for gtx670 or gtx570, or get a rx470 on sale.

There is a PC with an i7-2600 i think (it only says i7 3.4ghz), 8gb of ram, 500gb hdd and win10 pro for $120. I think this is the best deal I'll get.

The back of the case makes it look like it might be a little trouble to work with but I think I can make it work

actually it shouldn;t be a problem. I'll just not have an io shield
