Help... I need somebody...help...not just anybody...

So, my problem is that my screen freezes from time to time. I dont have a bluescreen and my screen also doesnt turn black, it just doesnt react to anything anymore. Even the reset button doesnt work anymore. There are also different types of freezing: when i start up my system the first time that day (cold start?) it freezes and i have to cut off power and restart. Then it normally works. After 2 restarts it always works. The other type of freezes is in windows. It randomly freezes, under load and also in idle. Sometimes it freezes for 10secs and works again then, but sometimes it also freezes like it does at first startup.

I don't have any overclocks on my system and i also dont see any parts that could cause this issue. Also no overheating issues. No ideas anymore.. :-(

Thanks for help. :)
